State Teachers Retirement System

STRS Creative Services designs and produces publications and collateral materials for the entire STRS constituency. they asked Cleveland Consulting to translate their paper based "Yellowsheet", on which they recorded all publication specs, into an electronic ticket system which would let them re-print and re-bid projects with as much efficiency as possible.
The resulting Job Tracking System reproduces their "Yellowsheet" electronically while linking it to the other business objects it depends upon; the POs, Revisions, and Budgets which need to be consulted as the item is revised. This is all wrapped in an elegant, dynamic interface and security layer which Creative Service administrators can modify without the aid of a FileMaker developer.
