Century Marketing

Century Marketing had a simple problem to solve: they needed to get all the information of a customers' sales history into the hands of the salespeople in their call center … all while increasing call volume and reducing customer wait time.
They turned to us to deliver a system that would allow their call center representatives to complete the sale in a single call, something their previous, paper-based system wasn't capable of. Their new system has enabled them to set sales volume records, and that impact was felt their first week of deployment.
