CC NonProfit is a simple-to-use software solution designed for any size non-profit organization that wants to easily track the information critical to its success.
Version 2.2 will run in either FileMaker Pro 12 or FileMaker Pro 11, and users are given the option of downloading one or both versions upon purchase. It is also fully FileMaker Go compliant, and has some custom screens built for use on the iPad.
CC NonProfit is easy to set up and use. We have integrated all of the key features that a non-profit should need to manage the functions of its mission, while leaving room for growth for those organizations that would like to customize the product for their own use.
New in Version 2.2
The most significant changes allow you to add a group of contacts to a new or existing Contact List, on the fly. Once you have found a group of contacts or a group of donations, you can add those contacts to a Contact List from either the Contact or the Donations detail screen.
You can also now add the members of one Contact List to another new or existing List. This is particularly useful for building a master list from smaller lists, or for creating a new list that is very similar to an existing list.
A Primary Contact option has been added to Group Contacts.
New fields have been added to the letter-building screen in the Correspondence section. You can now add the Primary Contact, Donation Amount, and Donation Date to the letter templates.

When you purchase CC NonProfit you will have the choice of downloading one of three editions:
- The Standard Edition, which is fully unlocked, and requires either FileMaker Pro 11 or 12, either standard, Advanced, or Go;
- A Run-time version for the Mac, which does not require FileMaker Pro (Single user only), or;
- A Run-time version for Windows, which does not require FileMaker Pro (Single user only).

This version requires that you have FileMaker on your computer, and will only function properly with FileMaker 11. Selecting this link should start FileMaker on your computer and open CC NonProfit. There is no password required. The product is fully featured, but locked. There is no time limit on this version.

Finally, a solution that balances capability and cost.
We are a small non-profit arts council with very few staff and a lively volunteer base. Training a rotating volunteer group in anything with a high learning curve is simply out of the question, but accurate data entry is essential. We used (Microsoft's) Exceed for years, but grew increasingly frustrated with arcane language, features which slowed down the program but which we didn't use and general capability. We also have donated computers in a mixed Mac/PC environment. FileMaker Pro running CC Non-Profit 2.2 has turned out to be a solution to all of these problems. It suits our needs perfectly, doesn't force us to send sensitive information out to a "cloud," runs on every computer we have, has no monthly fee, and has been very well received by our volunteers. Because we have other special purpose databases, everyone is delighted that they all work with the same set of rules as well. CC NonProfit fits all of our needs
We at the Charismatic Episcopal Church, www.cecdevelopment.org, have found CC NonProfit to be exactly what we were looking for. CEC was founded in California in 1992, and became an international church shortly afterwards, with diocese in South America, Asia, North America, Europe and Asian. As with most organizations, we started with “mom and pop” systems and as we succeeded and have grown we have needed to move to more professional systems and procedures and yet maintain the culture that made us successful. CC NonProfit fit all those needs. As our missions and development program grew, we needed to professionalize them, yet keep a simple interface for our volunteers, and CC NonProfit did that for us.
We now have the ability to run our development programs as a true network, with individuals at different locations inputting and analyzing our data.
